2009 FORMULA 1™ ING Australian Grand Prix introduces Friday Night Overdrive on Friday 27 March.
Your weekend starts from 4pm at Albert Park when the Grand Prix combines live music, entertainment and a great social scene with Formula One and V8 Supercar action.
A special ticket price of $30* gets you:

- Entry to the Grand Prix from 4.00pm
- Formula One Practice Session
- Sprint Gas V8 Supercars Manufactures Challenge Race
- LIVE bands including Juke Kartel
- A range of fabulous bars and food

The Pit Straight area of Albert Park will have new stages, bars and viewing positions - just follow the sound of the music. Melbourne rock band Juke Kartel - starring Toby Rand will be performing along with former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan and his band “Eddie and the Robbers”. There will also be a jazz band and DJs for a great night out!

I won't be going to the GP. I'm working all day that day and even if I were to get the cheap tix for after 4pm, by the time I get home, get ready and head down, I'll miss everything.

I'll be at the Geelong one the next night so I will see you girls there. :) I can't wait...first gig to kick off the tour. Yay.
