From what I could see though, it looked like a good turnout. The accoustics were amazing!

Harvey said they sold 55 singles yesty, so hopefully more today. The stand was nearly empty when we left!
I did my first street teaming today yay!!! Harvey got us to help hand out the cards before the instore

I can't believe they started at 3pm instead of 2pm arhhh :angry2: oh well at least I made an appearance hey!! I flew down the M2 and made work with 1 minute to spare :gigg:

My Grannie has good taste she said it sounded good...while my grandad was shocked how well the sound came through on a phone hahaha.

I only just found this thread.
It was a great performance..and so nice to have a sing and DANCE(!) next to nearly all my fellow NSW girls...in the second bloody row AGAIN!
Big arse suck about the timing Meg. I am trying hard for Wednesday.
There was a big queue with lots of people buying multiple copies of December. YAY!
It was also great to hear so many people talking about how "nice and friendly" the boys were..and even one random "wow, they even let us have a picture!" :) The thought did cross my mind that this forum would be in deep shit trouble if they didn't.....
Yes I'm spewing I missed them perform :angry2: I'm now tossing up whether I should go to Campbelltown tomorrow :whist: I'm sure Donna would like some company :gigg:

so i was there yesterday, i went along with a friend who loves them & i've totally been converted. their deffinetly some of the nicest people i've met & completely amazing live.
i think i may have met some of you when you came around with the cards & i think i was actually standing behind a couple of you, you seemed like really lovely people :)
i was hoping to go to the parra instore tomorrow but i have other plans but i'll deffinetly be coming to future juke gigs.

I tried to convert My hubbies Mate and His wife (Craig and Tina) on the weeekend. Tina said she heard some girls at work talking about Juke Kartel. She said the name rung a bell and then realised it was me she had heard them from. We we camping on the weekend and I was hanging it on Hubby and his mates taste of Music and in return they hung shit on mine. I got my MP3 player out and played a few JK songs, Craig and Tina were quite impressed. Craig said "Tina will like that song" (December), Craig Liked TIA. They Can't make it to Ruby's but I hope I can get them to a gig sometime!

Your mum has a laptop Adelle? My goodness, my mum (age 74) can only cope with recording a TV show on VHS. A keyboard scares the hell out of her. My Dad asks me silly questions as to what can be done on the internet. He has no idea and I thinks technology can do more than it can do at this time. His sister (my aunty who is 83 is a whiz on the computer and that freaks him out even more!)

It's great to hear JK's name being mentioned. I think I mentioned b4, that a Dad at Luke's car Racing club saw Luke's JK sticker on his car and said "Is Juke Kartel , that Toby guys Band?" The JK sticker has also been showed to thousands at Avalons main Race Track too (kids get to do a lap every so often)

Cards looked great Adelle. I love the orange on the back. Totally professional you clever thing! Totally felt like I was dealing illegal substances as we approached every sub 40 year old in the food court (except for the ones that looked a bit scary.....oh. and the ones who were busily engaged in public displays of affection...haha)
