then in the line i spoke to simon and said thanks alot and hes like "see, i promised they would get it!!" hehehe

my god what an excellent night. Started off handing out the glowsticks, all of the 550 went straight away, most people we gave them to said they were there because of Juke Kartel.. Whoo hoo... tatts were a success.
Ok so JK..
they came on around 8pm, played for 40 mins. They opened with 'Save Me'... i cant remember the exact order of songs but they did the usual Firesign, Throw it Away, December etc with Rebel Yell and one or two new tracks. Cant remember, im stuffed..
Dale was sitting cause of his leg. Toby did a massive run through the crowd up to the seated area, caused almost mass hysteria jumping off the stage and comming up the front to where we all were. Loads of good photo ops for those who had cameras and were not asked to cloak them. Bloody security.
After the boys finished we all headed out for a break and drink (or two - Kiki) and spoke to Tim, Toby's Dad & some friends. Spotted Toby trying to head to the loo at one stage and he was getting swamped by people.. Paris managed to get a photo with him. After that we were just about to go and watch some supernova when Toby came back out and I ended up speaking to him. Got a great cuddle & kiss and BIG thanks... nice work.
Watching Supernova up the back we spottted the Rand family, And Rusty from Electric Mary. Eddie came out to where we were & then disappeared, with a spunky looking chick who may have been his girlfriend. Next was Todd who we got to spend a bit of time with and had some photos taken..
Then came the crazy part........

The crazy part... the signing. Oh my God. Id say that there were about a 1000 (maybe more) people all there at one stage and security had real problems trying to contain everyone. Which in a way is awesome for the boys. They came out, started sigining, everyone went nuts, security warned people that the boys would have to leave if they couldnt control themselves. Evetually they took the boys away. Let me tell you bloody crazy.
After about 5 mins the boys came back and people managed to contain themselves, somewhat. Signing lasted about half an hour, Photographer was there, family & friends were all there.
And then the boys left. End of the night!!
Awesome show!! very impressed & even more so impressed with the street team. Well done girls HUGE pats on backs. Todd was extremely impressed with us (YEAH!!!) and Adelle must be congratulated on a job well done on the postcards. ALL the boys loved them.
Now i need a drink...
Hey Street Teamers I got to meet a few of you last night and man you do work hard! My night started off getting stuck on a train getting at the show within last minute grabbing my security pass and being ushered to the underground of the arena. Quickly saw JK and grabbed a few beers out of the fridge and sat down and chatted to Eddie's parents who I hadn't met before they were great people. The boys were having a closed off room to allow Toby to warm up. Anyway I moved onto the floor and watched my first JK show first since Toby started on Rockstar! and first time with Eddie. Anyway Eddie started off with this tribal beat going on and f*ck can he play! I can't remember the songs in order and December went down really well Toby walked threw the crowd and people went off. No Robbie's song I grew up with Robbie and its a great song and tribute to the him. The boys sounded great and thats being completely unbiased if you didn't know the support band will only get about 10% of the lighting rig and only about 16 channels on the mixing desk that is normal. After the JK set I went to the bar bumped into Shae and guys from the ST it was good to meet them. Supernova came on and I thought they were f*ckin great lightshow and sound were magic they played a really solid set Lukas was doing a great job out front and the crowd loved it. After the show I had 2 choices go backstage and "hang" or see friends and family that I hadn't seen for a long time I decided the latter. JK came out and signed some autographs the place went crazy it was weird. Then they were gone with people waiting I walked backstage and was told by Toby that security couldn't handle the crowd so they had to walk away for 5 mins. They came back out more signings. I decided to go home and have a beer in the backgarden it was hot last night. Anyway I have plently of time to enjoy I'm going to Sydney and Brisvegas. I'll try and give u some updates and some shots. Cheers STers!! Tim
Good Morning Every1!
haha, its MY turn to post my review. 1st of all, after effects of meeting Toby the night before, I ended up dreaming about him! hahaha ;D nothing serious! :P
Anyway, my evening started off with me running down Elizabeth St towards Flinders Station when I passed the Officeworks and remembered I have to buy the lanyard. Ran across the street even though it was a red light, found a blue one (last one left ::)) and grabbed it. The queue at the checkout was sooooooo long, and I'm hopping from foot to foot with impatience. :D
Ok so after that I practically sprinted to the station (not a good idea to be in heels!), got my ticket and had to ask around for which platform to Richmond station (hey I've only been here 1 month! :P).
Train came on time and I saw 3 girls with black T-shirts and EVS stitched on them..3 guesses where they were headed. I rushed to the arena and called Shae "where is everyone??" I joined the queue where I saw Kiki again and met the rest of the STers for the 1st time! Dunno which was more exciting at that point, meeting fellow Juke supporters or anticipating the show. (btw, glad u all think that I look so young, my anti aging cream is a really good investment, haha).
Once we went in, it was a bit of a blur of glow sticks passing around and getting the wristband to enter the arena but most important, getting the EP!!!! I've been waiting for this for so long, its like an appetizer to the final album :D
After queueing outside the gate, we rushed in, we were somewhere near the front, 2nd or 3rd row. There were 3 rather "older" ladies in front of us. ::)
Finally they came on and I thought I would just drop then n there. Eddie came on 1st and got the crowd all roused up with the pounding drum intro and then the rest came on stage n Toby ran on! OMG, he so beautiful to watch on stage, he's got such amazing stage presence!!!!!! Now THAT's a rockstar! 8-) I got all goosebumps when they went into Firesign (my fave JK song, btw).
I sang along to every song (that I knew anyway) at the top of my lungs and thank God for my phone camera, I got about 10 good shots of the performance (but a bit blur though). Toby jumped to just behind the barrier to where we were standing and he hugged n kissed the older ladies in front of me, I tried to get a shot of him but my hand slipped and I got his elbow instead, hehe.
After their set,we went outside for drinks and I finally met Toby!! We saw him near the loos and we managed to catch him. He is such a sweetie pie! He said hi to all the other ST-ers and when he saw me he was like "hi sweetie, what's ur name?" and hugged me n thanked me for our support. I managed to grab a photo with him (woot!woot!!!). I called my mother back home in Malaysia and told her "I just met Toby Rand!!!" she couldnt hear me clearly but was happy for me :D
Didnt really get into the Supernova show, but I was glad to see Tommy Lee n Gilby Clarke live, and then we were at the back of the mosh n Todd came over n the other girls managed to grab some pix with him.
Later at the signing, we managed to queue 1st so that afterward, we could get into some serious ST action. It was awsome meeting all the guys who were really thrilled with our support. I talked to Toby again and told him they MUST come to Asia, especially Malaysia (heheh, my home!! :D) cuz I came from there to see them (hehe :D) He was thrilled with the idea (eyes popping out of the head) and was like "Yeah! are u on Myspace n stuff? Lets get on it n plan it out!" He hugged me again (ok sorry,this is my 1st time meeting them so u can understand that I'm still on cloud nine!)
After the signing, as Shae said, things got a bit crazy, the rest of us went around ST-ing and handing out the cards (excellent job with the design Adelle!!) Some of the younger fans were like "wow!! they got myspace, how cool is that?!" and some of the guys I handed out to were like "is your phone number there as well?" haha!
As soon as I got home, I emailed my photo with Toby to my mum and she was like "awww, he looks better here than he did on TV! Oh btw, did u also meet the fellow with the funny hair who won?" haha ;D
All in all, it was an awsome experience and my only complaint is that the JK set was way too short. We wanna see more, guys!! And it was unbelievable meeting the rest of u guys and thank u for making me feel so right at home despite its been only 1 month for me in Melbourne so far.
Can't wait for the solo tour and the album, and after seeing u guys, I'm already starting to get ideas how I can help spread the word back home so JK can finally come to Asia :D

Hey guys. What can i say but it was f*cken awesome last night....CRAZY!!!!
I will post a review later on tonight...I promise. Lets just say that when Shae, Adelle, Nadia and I were let into the venue early before the doors opened, they did not check our bags which meant that I had my camera with me. I did not want to risk it getting cloaked, so I didn't take pics of the show, I was seated so they wouldn't have come out anyway .....BUT.....I took HEAPS of pics of the signing and any Eddie fans out there will LOVE the pic I took of him!!! Will post them as soon as I can......may as well keep you guys in suspense!!! sorry.
All I can say is the signings were absolutely CRAZY!!!! I tired to get as many pics as I could so i hope you like them.
I must say THANK YOU to all the OZ ST'ers that helped out. We all did a f*cken amazing job. The boys were very proud of us all and they loved the mini postcards we had....thank you Adelle.
Thanks Shae for all your hard work in getting the street team together and everything you have done and thank you all again for last night. It was a blast.

Yeh guys, last night was incredible...JK over shaddowed SN lol.
That bloody bass guitar was too loud for some of us to hear anything else. But it was still great.
but still, i think i have one thing above everyone else in the ST... i caught Eddies used drum stick! WOOOOOOOOO. Just after JK finished and the ST girls in the mosh with me left, Eddie came back out to help disassemble his drum set and he threw me the stick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Its so awsome.
Im gonna get it signed when i get a chance.

hey guys i am on here for 2 secs while paris went to get nicky :P she just got home so i better go meet this little cutie!
the so was f*cking fantastic............omg so cool! talked to toddie for a few mins and got my ep signed! was bummed they didnt have many hoodies :( but o well! loved the show and supernova were great tooo! i talked to MR rand a few times hes so funny we gave him a bday card o give to toddie which he did! so thanx mr rand :P hes so cool!

Ok so here's my review....I hope I do a good job:
First a few of us met at the hotel where Kiki, Adelle & Donna were staying. We then made our way across the road to a backpackers bar and had a drink. Most of the girls had a jagerbomb and a few of us had cowboys...me being one of them to have the cowboy as I promised I would lose my JB virginity at the solo tour!!!!
We headed over to the arena. Once there we met up with the rest of the ST'ers and Papa Rand and mummy Rand were outside so we stayed with them for a bit of a chat. I have to say that meeting them would have to be one of the highlights of the night.
The ST'ers in GA then made their way to the line to hand out bracelets whilst Adelle, Nadia, Shae & myself headed towards the door.
Once inside we got the table and moved it to the entrance and set up. Adelle made some great banners for our table which I took a photo and will post shortly. We cracked the bracelets and set up the lovely huggies baby wipes and tatts.
Before the doors opened we had a few staff come up to us asking for bracelets and tatts...including some of the lovely St John Ambulance ladies. They were very excited to get the bracelet and tatt. We told them to make sure to wave the bracelets and show their tatts to anyone needing first aid!!! hahaha
6pm - the doors opened. It was crazy (I will be using this word often during my review). We had a few of the ST'ers handing out bracelts as people were entering the venue whilst a couple of us stayed behind the tables to apply the tatts. There were a lot of young kids that were there to see Toby and were very excited to get tatts and glowies.
The tatts and glowies were a HUGE success. All age groups loved them. Mr & Mrs Rand came in and we called them over for a glowie and Mrs Rand ran over so I gave her a glowie and applied the tatt on her arm.
We also had Dale's in laws running to our table for a tatt. They were very excited and sooo lovely. We had a group of ladies, about 6 of them, that are friends of the Rand family that were all wearing t-shirts with "Rock Chick" on the front with a pic of Toby on the back. They were awesome and were VERY excited to get tatts.
As it was getting close to the boys coming on stage we had a huge amount of people at our tables wanting tatts so we had to quickly get them on and announce that we would be finishing up soon which made more people approach the table for tatts.
During this time we had alot of people asking about what we do etc so we informed them about the street team and that we would be handing out postcards after the show. We also had a few asking us if we were friends with Toby....I would like to have said Yes but we told them that a few of us have met him and we are here to support Juke Kartel. The girls looked at us with gleaming eyes and were so excited.

So now the show...... It was f*cken FANTASTIC!!!!!
I can't remember the set list but all I can say is I have no idea how you US/Canadians coped with only 20mins because we got 40mins and even then it was not enough. It went so quickly.
Save Me started with Eddies intro....f*cken awesome and so glad that he came out and really pumped up the crowd. Then the boys came out one at a time with poor Dale wobbling up the stairs with his crutches. The crowd went wild....and then...Toby....what can I say but the crowd LOVES him. The energy spewing out from these guys is just unbelievable. Toby really got the crowd going. The only thing is his mic cut out three times during their set and we could see him hitting his mic to get it going.
I must say that i found myself and Nadia the only ones on our side standing up with our arms in the air (We had seated tix) and when Toby came over to our side of the stage he looked straight at us, pointed at us and gave us the thumbs up!! That got a few more on their feet.
Toby did jump down onto the floor a few times and gave a lot of fans big hugs and kisses. He asked someone for a camera and I did feel sorry for him because, as we weren't allowed cameras, it took a little while for someone to pass one up to him but it worked out fine.
More songs in between but I'm writing what I remember that was really significant to me.
Onto Throw It Away - yep he started acoustic version, what i was waiting for, and when he got into the hard rock part of it, well, everyone got to their feet. Then......Toby runs over to our side of the stage, looks over to our section, jumps down....and there I'm thinking 'is he going to come over here??!!'....YES HE DID. He ran over to our seated area. Ran up one aisle, stood there and sung, ran across behind us and ran down the other aisle and then ran back to the stage. Everyone during that time went absolutely f*cking nuts!!!
More songs following and then it was over....OMG it was the best. We stood there thinking we want more. We all screamed for more but unfortunately it was definitely over.
So during intermission, I made my way outside to meet the other girls. We had a few drinks and a smoko and just chatted. Everyone then made their way back inside to check out Supernova. I stayed outside for a bit and went to check out the merch stand. Hoodies & dog tags....SOLD OUT....damn should've bought them earlier.
While standing there, Nadia taps me on the shoulder and points...I take a look and there's Toby talking to a couple of fans. Well I have to go over and say hi so I did. He saw me and gave me a huge hug and, of course, called me babe....I should've asked him whether he remembered my name as a test!!! lol. He told me that he loved the tatts and glowies and then Nadia and I had a photo with him. He had to go so I told hubby and Nadia to go inside while I tried looking for Shae.
Found Dad Rand and had a quick convo with him then found Shae, Kik's, Adelle, and the rest of the girls. We saw Toby again and he was so happy to see Shae and 'Ladyevvvvvvvvvs!!!!'. Gave them a huge hug. Couldn't chat for long as he had to go so we made our way back in the arena to see Supernova.
I was very impressed. They performed really well and I must say that I do like Lukas and would like to meet him one day because I think he is very intelligent and very good looking. I love his smile. Anyway, the crowd were fantastic. They really got into Supernova and at one stage were chanting TLees name. Well TLee loved that and thanked us to which we all screamed!!! lol.
While watching supernova I noticed the ST'er that were in GA and all I could see were their glowies moving around really fast in the dark....I realised that it was because they were jumping around and hugging Todd!!! He was in the pit and spent some time chatting to them which I thought was VERY sweet.
From there I saw Shae trying to tell me something and texting me on my mobile to tell me the boys would be doing a signing for a short while after the show so I took off to set up our merch table next to the boys....

Nadia here, just wanted to pop in and say how AMAZING the Melbourne show was!! it was everything i expected it to be, if not more! and it was most definitely worth the trip over from Adelaide!!
anyway, i also just wanted to say how great it was to meet Shae (as well as) all the other awesome street teamers. you guys are all so sweet, hard working and dedicated and i truly had such a ball spending time with you and spreading the JK love. it only made me realize how much it sucks living in Adelaide! grr.
anyway all i have to say is...BRING ON THE SOLO TOUR!!! hehe.
can't wait to do it all again with you guys.

i went up to melboure on thursday morning with my brother Ben and cousin Erin. Erin and i Kinda skiped skool for the day. We got there about 6 and there was a huge line up for the door so ben lined up as he was in the mosh pit and Erin and i went to hav a look around and got some merchindise. At 7:30 the doors opened and the mosh pit people went in and then us people with seats went in erin and i where 4 rows from the front and a hundred metres from the stage. Juke Kartel started up the show they were totally awesome Toby Rand came into the crowd and he was about 4 metres away from us. Juke Kartel was on for 45 min and then there was a break and Rockstar Supernova came on they were great but sorry guys you werent as good as Juke Kartel. Supernova were on for an hour and came back on for an encore.
i was realy pissed off that i couldnt bring my camera because it was strictly fobidden. when JK started up u could see the flashes of cameras going off in the crowd so i got even more annoyed.
Erin waited for Ben and i left and i saw a line up at the Merchindise stand and knew that Juke Kartel were there signing stuff so i kept walking down the line then i kinda snuck in the line. sorry to all the people i jumped in front of. then Ben and Erin came along and stood with me waiting as we all wanted to meet Juke Kartel. finally we got there and i got my CD signed by Eddie, Dale, Tommy, Toby and Todd. Ben and Erin got their T-shirts signed. when Toby signed my CD he said thanks for coming and then he Hugged me it was so amazing he also hugged Erin and he shook Bens hand. Todd asked ben what his name was that was pretty cool. all the guys are so cool and i am looking forward to meeting them again.
hey guys so i may start my review now and do the rest tonight when i get home! :)
so i got on my train at 5 pm wednesday night and was so bored surrounded by old people! (i mean even older then adelle! he he he thanx doona) :P so when i finally got to paris' i was super hyped and shes such a sweetie! her cousins are gorgeous too and so easy to get along with! :)
so we all headed to bed to get some rest for the big day! ( lol makes it sound like a wedding)
we get up the next morning so excited that it is that night we couldnt believe it we grabed a taxi into the city to get paris' hair done and we talked so much that the taxi driver was so sick of us going on about jk and how cool it was gunna be :P i swear he was so happy when we got out :P
after paris hair appointment we caught the tram to meet the girls at their hotel! (gorgeous place it was) so we knock on the door and hear! "what the hell do you want " lol hehehe was funny! all teh girls were so cute and hugs all round!
we headed over for a quick drink by quick i mean a jager bomb skulled so fast it almost came out my nose! so we got on the tram to vodaphone me chatting doona's ear off the whole way!!!!
when we arrived we see all the other girls (shezzie, boo, jess etc.) all standing around so again its hugs all round! then i notice pama and mama Rand standing right next to us all so me n shezzie went on over and said hi and asked papa Rand if he could give a b'day card to toddie for us! he said he would but at the same time said "toddie didnt deserve it" lol we just laughed and said thanx enjoy the show
went to line up and give out glowies! which people absoltley love! while we were waiting we could hear sound check which now i think was actually the juke boys bcoz we later heard teh supnoova boys clearly when we were inside! so we cloaked our cameras and were let in and i wasnt even patted down which now annoys me bcoz i cold have taken my casmera but o well!
ok so ill do the rest later! hope it wasnt to boring for you all! :)

I will say I LOVED meeting you all. I was a bit disappointed how rushed we all were..(not much time for drinkies). Our hotel room was F*UCKEN splendid..2 floors, 2 bathrooms, lounge room & dinning room a full kitchen..LUXURIOUS

The Melb show rocked...I was able to get my camera in, went to take some photos & mt batteries where flat..swapped batteries they were flat to. So all in all I got three pics of the show & they are pretty crappy..

So the final part of my review....the signing...this is where I use the word CRAZY heaps of times....
I headed out to where they had set up for the signing and the girls were lining up in the front...good on ya girls!!!!....There were 2 tables set next to each other and one of them being the table that we had for the merch before the show as it still had our ST banners hanging from it. I thought that table was ours for our merch but it was actually for the boys so I had to inform security that we were handing out merch and we needed a table set up. He pointed me over to another table so I got another security guard to set it up for me....right next to the boys!!! I grabbed the postcards and set up. By then Shae had met up with me and started helping me out.
People started coming out and realised that there would be a signing so they got in line. Shae and I gave some cards to our hubby's to hand out to people that started to leave....thanks boys...you were a great help.
This is where it gets crazy.....All of a sudden we look up and a huge crowd started gathering around the tables...in front of the tables behind the ropes as it was all roped up to make a pathway for the people walking through for autographs. People started grabbing our cards from the table and just swamped us.....hands everywhere....people EVERYWHERE....Shae and I had to tell them that there were ST'ers around handing out the cards and they needed to get it from them as the ones we had on the tables were for those in line....we also had to tell them that they needed to go around and line up if they wanted to get autographs....more security was called to control the crowd....and the boys hadn't even come out yet!!!! A guy came up to us and asked what was going on and we explained that Juke Kartel were coming out to sign so he ran off to join the line.
And then.....the boys came out...there were quite a few screams and the boys turned on their charm and flashed their gorgeous smiles!!!
Todd was first out followed by the rest of the boys so he was next to me. He sat down and looked up at me and screamed "Paris!!! How are ya babe" and gave me a hug and a kiss.....this was one of the highlights of my night because I have NEVER met Todd until then and he knew who I was!!! I was very impressed and he was fantastic thanking me for a great job that I have been doing.
Back to the craziness....the security hadn't put any barriers to the side of the table and we had a couple of people coming behind us asking the boys for autographs and pics to which they were more than happy to give....but of course the guards realised that this would be a problem and placed a barrier up which left me behind the tables with the boys and Shae in front of the table handing out cards. Signings started. Heaps of flashes were going off. People bloody EVERYWHERE. The ST girls were in front so they were first to come through and they couldn't get out because people were blocking the exit. It was chaotic but oh so good!!!! The guards had to tell people continuously to clear the walk way and move away. The girls finally got through and we handed them a bunch of cards to hand out to people not waiting in line and anyone leaving.....they were MOBBED!!!! Nadia was trying to hand out cards and at the same time TRYING to promote the boys but ended up being mobbed by girls AND guys grabbing whatever cards they could....poor thing....Dad Rand walked past at that time and tapped her on the shoulder and said "you're doing a great job love" LOL.
By then everything was getting really CRAZY and the guy in charge of the signing was yelling for everyone to move back otherwise they would take the boys away. No one was listening. They WANTED JUKE KARTEL.....they were warned again and again until finally the boys had to be rushed off by security and taken into a room just behind them. Someone had heard the boys in the back room just yelling "f*ck yeah" or something to that effect!!! I think they were loving it. lol. Everyone was given a warning again saying that if they didn't move back that the boys would not be coming back.
There were some girls that were next in line to get autographs and had only managed to get half way and were pissed off.......with the crowd....not our boys!!! They screamed out to the crowd "f*cken move back!!!!! We want Juke Kartel!!!" It was hilarious.
The lovely Glenn then jumped up on a chair and asked the people NOT in line whether they just wanted photos of the boys and they said yes so he said that he would bring the boys out, get them standing on the chairs for a few seconds to give them the opportunity to take a photo and then they would have to leave. It was agreed....sort of!!! While Glenn was standing on the chair the OZ ST girls started chanting his name and screaming out "we love you Glenn" LMAO!!! It was very funny. Glenn looked over at the girls and thought "what the f*ck!!!" and got all embarassed.
Finally, they brought the boys back out to even louder screams. Todd carried Eddie out on his shoulders and they all stood on the chairs...poor Dale had to hobble over and climb up on the chair for the photos...I really felt sorry for him but they smiled, waved, punched their fists in the air and camera/mobile flashes were going off all over the place. It was....well.....CRAZY!!!! Looking out from where I was towards the crowd, it looked like being on the red carpet with paparazzi flashes going off everywhere. I think I'm blind!!!
Then back to signing.....most people left that had taken the photos but alot still stayed to watch. Everything was a bit more under control by then but the fans were rushed through the line. i felt sorry for the boys because you could tell that they wanted to chat with each one of their fans but they had to get through them all in such a small amount of time. I heard Toby apologising to alot of them about the rush but the fans seemed very understanding. I think there was only one girl that managed to scream in Toby's face when she finally got to him!!! But of course Toby was such a professional and smiled at her, gave her a huge hug and kiss, told her it was OK and signed her EP.
The fans went CRAZY over these boys. The security were tough and quite loud at telling them to move along but it was so crazy that I guess they had to show some control. The boys were f*cken fantastic to what little time they had with each fan. At one stage a guy was standing over on my side behind the ropes, holding the set list he ripped off one of the doors, yelling out to the boys asking them to sign it. the security guard there was trying to hold him back and telling him that he couldn't get it signed as by then they had closed the line off. Todd saw this and called out to the security to let him through. The securtiy guard shook his head at him and he again shouted out to let him through so the guard did and Todd signed the set list and passed it on to the other boys to sign. I thought that was so f*cken wonderful of Todd to do that. This fan was so impressed and absolutely rapt.
And that was it. The boys waved goodbye and were escorted away. It lasted about half an hour maybe more.
Finally we packed up our stuff and went outside. I gave a final glance around to check for any JK litter and there was NOTHING on the floor!!! Everyone LOVED the cards and alot of the younger girls were so excited to see that JK have a myspace.
Overall it was a very successful CRAZY night!!!!

ok so i just got home and i cant even remember where i left off with my review :P
so here it goes again..........
we went in got our arm bands and stood near door 3¡K¡K..after a few mins a security guys is like some of u can head round to door 4 I was like ok lets go! So on the way I got the peeps at the candy bar to wear bracelets and told them to talk up jk when they serve people :P on the way round I got my jk shirt and dog tags n ep! Couldn¡¦t forget that :P
so we got around in the at door 4 and were chatting to the peeps around us and I decided that I needed to go to the toilet so off I go on the way singing throw it away anyways while im on the toilet singing whoever was in the toilet next to me starts singing the oh oh oh oh part back I was totally dumbfounded¡K¡K¡K¡K.ha-ha was so funny!
Anyways hanging round for a bit chit chatting to the girls getting pumped we were finally let in so we practically ran to the floor and were in the 2nd row behind these little old ladies that were there to see Tommy lee :P
So after sitting there for what seemed like forever we hear electric Mary! Im like o yeah the other girls are singing along¡Kso we all stand up and everyone around us follows suit!
Then the lights went off and Eddie storms the stage and stands up on his drums getting the crowd pumped and clapping then he starts his beats and Toddie, Tommy and Dale (I may be wrong he may have already been there (he was off to the side for quite a while b4 they went on)¡K..so they start with the guitars after Eddie does his solo part and then the crowd went insane I was like o ok cool o I scream too :P then appears Toby! Lol no wonder the crowd went psycho :P
So they boys started off with Save Me¡K.which was awesome. Then they did a new song that I didn¡¦t know but love! ƒº and then what ya gunna do great song love it! :) dale really got into it on his little swivle chair too! :P haha Next was Rebel Yell¡K¡K¡K..the crowd was nuts¡K Toby came right down and stood in front on me in the crowd! Lol was fantastic everyone really got into it the more more more part was insane!....... Then came firesign, I love this song and I thought the new version was amazing! And we all waited and waited and we see Toby¡¦s guitar brought out¡K.i was like yes tia :P but then Toby said THIS ONE IS FOR BILL THORPE and started on some people I no think that im crazy! Which I thought was so sweet of him¡Kanyways then the boys did the acoustic part of tia¡K..on a side note eddie completely loved it while the acoustic part was on he just sat the watching the crowd with a huge smile on his face!
So now the awesome amazing tia started and the crown was crazy! I no but they really were! Toby took off into the crowd near the seated area which was funny because his microphone had cut out a few times already but it did it again while he was up there and when he came back he was out of time with dale and Tommy which was hilarious but they quickly fixed that!
Omg I almost forgot! Dale¡¦s guitar solo was back in Tia which I absolutely loved he rocked it even with the broken foot! ƒº
My baby soon followed the boys rocked this one great! Took me until halfway through to realize they had changed the words and I was singing the wrong ones :P lmao but I soon fixed that and was once again singing the right ones hehe ļ
Lastly came December¡Kmy fav song ƒº it was awesome I dunno what other words to use fantastic, amazing, insane! I held up shezzie¡¦s sign and toby loved it pointed at me and smiled!
So the boys finished and told everyone to buy the EP¡K and the boys waved and smiled at us on their way off and toddie mouthed I love you to Shae! And blew kisses! :P then it was break time!

Just a word of warning, my reviews are extremely lengthy. I feel Juke’s performances and that of the street teamers deserve the praise to be shouted from the hilltops and here I go.
Street Teaming
I awoke Thursday morning sick to my stomach with nerves at how the evening would progress, shoved my impending doom to the back of my mind and got on with it.
A slow, uneventful train/taxi ride brought us (my mate Karolina and I) to the doors of our Melbourne accommodation, The Grand Hotel.
Our car was met by the hotel doorman, fully bedecked in white gloves and hat and addressing us as Madam.
Upon entry we were struck by the sheer opulence of the place which only added to our excitement.
We had to wait in the foyer as Donna, whom the room was named under, was busy on foot, getting lost in the streets of Melbourne LOL!
Our room was a swathe of luxury from the dining area with adjoining sitting room to the upstairs bedrooms and ensuite. Gawd! This was livin’!
Kiki arrived later with her friend and it was wonderful to see the princess again. Big hugs then Shae and Paris and everyone else were united and after more hugs and a jager bomb at the local pub we were on our way to our final destination. Rigged up in our new name tags, made by Paris and myself (awesome work btw, Paris. They were very professionally finished!) we arrived at the Vodafone Arena to cross paths with Mr and Mrs Rand. As always they were very gracious and friendly and it was great to see them attired in the latest Juke Kartel fashion of hoodies and Tees.
The street teamers at this point were thoroughly working the lines with glow, tattoos and praise for JK. The reception of everyone was fantastic! There were a multitude of people there to see Juke and by the time the shows started we’d fully depleted the glow sticks and covered every man and his dog with tatts.
I tattooed Eddies mum, a lovely lady, and met his dad. I also pasted a tatt on Glenn who was happy to accept it lol!
Much talk up was given for Juke and people walked away more informed of Juke's talents/info/awesomeness!

Performance.
I’m in the main hall eagerly anticipating the presence of Juke on the massive stage down below. I was in the seated position, a bit distant but close enough to be bathed in the sheer brilliance the boys were about to pump out.
All is dark, hints of movements glimpsed onstage. Lights on and Eddie thumps into the drums instantly raising the energy of the audience. Tommy calls something out to the crowd and Toby in all his glory appears at the mike.
They break out into song with a thunderous eruption of sound and proceed to take us on an unforgettable, heart thumping journey of rock!
This is where my full intentions of citing every detail totally abandon me. My heart swells, my ears ring and I’m snatched up into the air floating on the roar, throbbing sound waves filling the auditorium. This is what it’s all about!
Set list I have no idea of the order but I do recall hearing

Throw It Away…acoustic to start with a dedication to Billy Thorpe-Most people I know… at the beginning.
I think Highway to Hell was also played in Melb, a bit fuzzy on that.
Toby pounded and crushed his way across every inch of that stage, pulsing out pure energy. He pounced across several speaker tops set to the left and right of stage, throwing himself into the throng of souls intrinsically swept up in his magic.
As in prior performances Toby ran far up into the crowd and sucked them all into his high voltage ending to Throw It Away.
Oy vey! I was on the wrong side of the arena but what’s a girl to do?
Back on stage and Toby continues to blitz us with his soul-consuming tones. From his crooning, swooning softness to his utter, dominating strength, his voice caresses you and crushes you. All to the brilliant backdrop of the magic that is Juke Kartel.
As riveted as I am on Toby…truly ;) I can’t help but be drawn to the awesome talent of the entire JK machine.
Dale, even in his plastered state makes me thrill with the sounds he rips out.
Eddie, his relentless, spirited pounding of those skins rivals some of the best drummers out there!
Tommy, his dextrous plucking of those bass strings throws out a low, resonant growl which tears its way into your core.
And Todd whips up a pure frenzy amongst the fans. His energy and fast paced thrashing of the strings leaves you screaming!
The crowd is mesmerised and pumped, a sea of expectant faces hungry for more
My favourite song sweeps out across the room, tenderly beguiling us in its wake. December. Toby breathes out the words, liquefying them, pouring them into our souls!
Hearing December live adds so much more emphasis on how special this song is to me.
As quick as it began, it’s over. Too soon the boys were waving goodbye and I was in a state of denial, not wanting to leave my seat in the fear I may miss their return.
Juke Kartel are an accumulation of incredible, individual talent. They exude pure rock!
AFTER
We head out for drinks and I see Shae and the girls talking to Toby so I casually and coolly heart thumping walk over to join them to say hello.
Toby looks up, cups his hands to his mouth and calls, “Ladyevs”. He smiles his beautiful smile and gives me a hug. They were in a rush so had to leave us but informed us of a signing afterwards.
We head back in to see a bit of Supernova. A short while later we get the heads up of the signing.
I line up and the boys come out and take a seat. They’re all very lovely and sign my ep, hugs from Tommy then Toby sees me and does the “Ladyevs” thing again lol! He also makes mention of my new hairdo! How sweet!
He signed my EP, “Miss Ladyevs we <3 you xx.
Todd gives me a big hug and is impressed with my postcard design, of which I was a bit nervous!
I proceeded to hand out postcards amid all the chaos.
Security was pushed to the limit. The crowd was a frenzy of fans vying for photos. You would have read the guys were removed and brought back once the furor had subsided….minimally, soon to be whipped up again. It was absolutely manic! The signing was cut short and that was pretty much it for our Melbourne JK experience except for Dale waving goodbye out front and calling out what a fantastic job we had done. I second that motion. The street teaming was thorough and constant and you should all be proud of yourselves!
Shae, you’re an outstanding leader and we’re so fortunate to have you at the Aussie helm.

Ok so we went out and grabbed a drink and said goodbye to jess coz she was heading home! Damn school! :p haha o well then we couldn¡¦t see any of the other girls so we headed back into the pit and struck up a convo with these to hilarious guys lol well at first they bagged Eddie but then I persuaded them that they were wrong! Eventually he said they were great! Hahaha neways then supernova came out and the crowd went off we were right standing on these metal grates near the barrier and the music was so loud and the beats so strong it hurt so we went down the back and found the other girls, and found out you could actually enjoy the supernova boys better from that far back! We see eddie come down the stair with a gorgeous girl (his gf) and they walk past through the pit..i was too nervous to stop him :P haha im such a dork I shoulda o well! He was busy!
So there we are singing along and we notice toddie talking to simon rand, I dunno who said something or if anything was said but he waved and then came over! So lots of hugs and a few pics then I ask him if he liked the bday card we got him and he pulls me into another hug and tells me he cant hear me so im standing there hugging him yelling into his ear! Lol eventually he understood and smiles and asks if it was a pruple envelope??? I was like yeah! He smiles n says ill open it after! Then all of a sudden someone smacks todd on the arse! Lmao it was rusty! From electric mary those of you who don¡¦t know! (coz I didn¡¦t recognize him either) lmao so toddie smiled at me n then went n smacked him back on the arse haha n they started to chat so im hanging out with the other st¡¦s and shezzie points of this giant head of crazy hair going past really fast! Shez yells ¡§jump on him Becca¡¨ lmao I smiled and looked he was gone he was avoiding the crowed and looked like he was on a mission ƒº
So more rocking out to the supernova boys Tommy lee hands out his jagermister points to Todd n says make sure it gets to my friend up the back¡K.the crowd took no notice it never made it to toddie :P haha so then kiki comes over to me and says the boys are doing a signing in a few so we leave to go out n line up¡K. We get there n paris n shae set up the table for the st merch! So we are out there for about ummm 20 mins me chatting away to manda on the phone¡Kit got passed round a bit hehe ¡K. and we here supernova finish and people start to come out n gather round we are telling them to get to the back of the line.
Then everyone starts cheering loud n low and behold the boys are coming out! So they sit down and the singing is in full swing¡K the crow was growing and growing¡Knext up was my turn ¡Kfirst eddie, my god that boys is adorable!!!!!! Love him we exchage a few words and he signs my cd¡K.he so cute¡K.then was dale¡K again just a thnx for coming and a smile¡Knext was tommy he saw me coming he looks up with his gorgeous smile that makes you melt and says ¡§you made it babe¡¨ omg I thort id die hahaha he gives me a kiss n a huge hug while he signs my cd I look over n Toby winks at me! ƒº so with a smile n a thanks to Tommy I finally meet the gorgeous hunk of a man that got me into all this craziness ;) he smiles, kisses my cheek, looks right into my eyes and says how are ya babe, before literally yanking me into a hug! So he signs my cd and I move on over to toddie whom I had met in the pit so I wasn¡¦t nervous for that one.. he smiles says hey..i ask him again if he liked the card¡K.his eyes light up he goes yeah babe! And proceeds to get it out of his pocket, but gets distracted when he notices the glowie (that I had asked kiki to attach to the chain on his pants)¡Khe looks up with this cheeky smile and says see babe I still got it! So I laugh and move off to hand out post cards!
The others have said the crowd was crazy, but as soon as they saw u handing out stuff the head straight for you in mobs! Ask nadia poor thing :P it was crazy¡Kthe signing got insane the boys were taken away n people were told they weren¡¦t coming back till the crowd settled down n lined up¡Kthen the manager said that the boys would come up and stand on the chairs for pics then if you weren¡¦t getting stuff signed you had to leave¡Kat this point I felt so sad for dale¡Kthe poor bugger had to stand on the chair with a giant cast on his leg! Im amazed he did it! Eddie came out on Toddies shoulders still could barely see him amongst the crowd :P
Im once again wandering round handing out cards, running out I go back to paris n shae at the table to get more and was told people were trying to get them signed¡K so I decided to stand at the door and hand them out as they left instead of just to everyone in the crowd! People loved it was amazing to see their reactions after they met the boys¡Kthe little teen girls all thought Toby was in love with them and were excited when they got a kiss and hug from them¡K.and were even more excited that the boys had myspace!
I see papa n mama rand taking photos off to the side, mama rand and her friends were so cute :P hehe with there cool shirts they all asked me for post cards and told me I was doing a fantastic job! I smile say thanks and head over to my spot at the door, I got asked if I had a ladies ticket, I got asked if Eddie was crazy coz they thought he was joking when he signed there cd :P people loved the cards, loved the show, loved the boys¡K..
All in all it was a huge success¡K.the boys were soon whisked away, so we packed up and went outside for a bit of a chat, had a look around, no rubbish people had taken the cards home! Woot woot! ƒº then we see Dale n Lucy wandering past¡K dale thanx us all and waves his crutches like crazy¡Khes so adorable¡K. Eventually we all parted ways and headed home for bed!
I want to say thanx to shae, adelle, paris, donna, kiki, shezzie, jess, nadia and all the ones ive forgotten I had a fantastic time with you all I love ya all to bits! ļ paris thanx for letting me stay at ur place babe! U rock, I am still on a high after the whole thing, best time ever so cant wait for the solo tour to rock out with you all again!
