Mercy Lounge. Tell us Nashville--how was it?
Holy crap...Toby is the sexiest man I have ever seen! It's 6 frickin' 30 in the morning...just got back to Memphis from Nashville...trying to figure out how to get my pics onto the computer. Very loopy from lack of sleep...so what can I tell you...the boys at one point took off their tshirts to reveal they were all wearing the pink JK tanks...Toby's got ripped off, so the rest of the show was shirtless & we saw lots of tushie crack...the magic lamp appeared again...Tommy gives amazing hugs...got teased about saying "thanks y'all" by all of JK...and met lots of street teamers who were all sweethearts! One of the best shows I've ever been to!!! More to come later...
Pics weren't allowed during the performance...but my friend might have one of Tommy in the tank from her phone...she's at work so will have to wait until late tonight to see if it came out. I didn't see any of the other street teamers taking pics...but I was a lil' distracted by those Aussies. ;)

Nashville was amazing !!!
It was my first JK concert and they didn't disappoint, they have so much fun on stage and that's what I love to see, a band that loves what they are doing, I was actually backstage to witness the pink tees going on, and the band were having a great time, amazing bunch of guys, I am australian and gave Toby my flag, we are all feeling a little homesick due to the holiday season .. JK thanks for am amazing night and I get to do it all again tonight in Atlanta ..
The show last night was great! The boys were so much fun and I've been wired ever since I got home. I can't wait to see them again tonight in Atlanta. If someone could tell me how to post pics... I've got a great one of pink tank top Toby!

Okay ladies..here goes..
My flight was late getting in, but I met up with Kristin, Caraleu, Sharri and Cherri at the hotel..we got cleaned up and headed down to the Mercy to check it out and get some pointers on where to team..the owner and the bartender told us where to go so we headed down the riverfront area to ST..we weren't allowed to post flyers so we literally whored ourselves out to EVERYONE we passed.. the interest was geniune and a lot of the stores we stopped in allowed us to leave flyers in there. One of the stores was a very goth/rock and roll kind of place and we saw the perfect birthday present for Toby, a metal studded belt , linked with handcuffs at the front (keys included) so we all pitched in a bought it, as well as Sharri getting Tobster another bracelet, very cool. Anyway, we went over to the Hard Rock, ate..yada yada..So now it's about 7ish and we go back to the Mercy..the production crew was there and a very HOT guy named Will (with a sexy english accent) went over the rules of taping..yada..etc..then the boys from Whitestarr showed up and worked the line a bit, they were in a playful mood and Cisco was hilarious. Finally the doors opened at 8 and we all filed in..by this time Rose, Sheri, Maura and Sheri's sis (sorry forgot your name! ) were there and excitement was HIGH. There were actually quite a few people there from the get go and it just got better and better..so Gasoline Heart played, they were pretty good..the Whitestarr came on and it was high energy..well second to the last song ALL The JUKE BOYS came running on stage with a huge bottle of Whiskey and started dancing around..yes DANCING around! Todd was so cute, even Dale was gettin funky. Toby started pouring liquid down the throats of every girl he could reach..the boys were all singing..Cisco got up on the drum set and backflipped right onto Toby, almost breaking both their asses, then Cisco jumped into the crowd and surfed. ( He doesn't look heavy, but he um, is!). At this point, Cisco pointed at Kristin and demanded she get up on stage and dance with Tony Potato..and she did! The VH1 people were all up in it, getting it all (to air in July). Todd lingered the longest, very dancy hottie Toddie. Whitestarr finished up and as they were, our friend Cherrie got her meet and greet..which was private and very cool.
By this time the bar was packed! Anticipation was high ...
Eddie and Dale come out and Eddie stands on the drum set and starts yelling and clapping his hands..screaming "COME ON!!!! Dale was playing and then Tommy, Todd and Toby came flying on stage and began rocking like the world was going to end. Toby had his new belt slung across his chest and all of the were so sizzling hot and clearly very pleased with the crowd's reaction. Toby leaned down to Sharri and had her unlock the handcuffs and he took it off ..at this point, the timeline gets a bit fuzzy..but the antics were stellar, Toby was all over the speakers, up in the ceiling ..all OVER the place..after a bit..Toby began talking about the merchandise and took off his shirt and he was wearing that cute girlie T..then ALL the boys took off their shirts and they were ALL wearing the T's!! Tommy was raggin on Todd that he was all cute and girly and they guys bantered back and forth. We were all laughing so hard our faces hurt! At some point, some people ripped Toby's shirt off and he almost killed himself, all wrapped up in the tattered remains..he grabbed the Aussie flag and wrapped it around him and played that way for a while..RObbie's song was very emotional ..one of our group had just lost someone close to her and was crying and it affected Toby deeply..he later told me he was fighting tears as well.
From the moment they started to the moment they ended it was balls out..500% kick ass rock and roll. True to their usual routine, the guys came out and made time for everyone. It appeared that they sold a lot of merchandise.. We all hung out and talked and closed the bar down at 2..heading back to the hotels..very happy tired girls..
We ran into the boys this morning around breakfast time, as they were leaving..they're having a blast, but they're ready to get home and take a rest..Good gawd, do they deserve it.
There is so much more but I am too tired to think..pics will come when Cara and Sharri get home..

Only a couple of pics to post. Will do that soon. My camera wasn't working right all night! :( Shari and Kristin got some really good pics though. Great show! The best I've ever seen! I will do a review soon, I promise. Celebrating my 18th Wedding Anniversary with hubby this weekend. It was actually on the day of the JK concert and he let me go anyway. He's soo great! We (Shari and Cara) drove to Nashville. Left here @3:30 Thurs morning to drive down for the show and drove right back on Friday morning. Took us 21hours drive time down and back. Soooo worth it! We would do it again in a heartbeat! Will write more soon!
Okay so I just have to say I didnt think a JK show could get better than the one in Kansas, I was wrong....Nashville kicked so much ass!!!! What an amazing time we had, from street teaming to waiting outside to be let in(flirtin with Willz), to the M&G to the show all the way to the next morning seeing the boys off. What was even better was meeting all the girls there. Will have a full report soon.....
I have to agree. After the Bottleneck show I didn't think it could get any better, but the Nashville show totally blew me away! We were rockin' soo hard thought we were gonna break through the old warehouse floor! :) I definitely am having withdrawls! I want another show NOW!!!! :)

There was a point where we noticed Toby had the pink shirt on. So we were telling at himt o take it off. Then I noticed Dale had it, and then we knew they all must have had them on. So at one point I yell to Tommy " Tommy just take it off" and he smiles. Then he goes " why don't i Just show you my ****" which got many a scream.....
At the end of the show Tommy had his pink top in hand. I look at him, and said Tommy, and he handed me his pink top. I am now the owner of Tommy pink top. Not sure if this is something I should be proud of or not. It went into a baggie, ASAP.

Just making a comment here about the Nashville show. When we were lined up out front, we street teamers were being pretty wild and loud because of our excitement to get in and see the guys again. A very nice lady came up and stood beside me. Her husband was quietly standing behind her. We asked if she was there to see JK and she said that she was there to see the other bands. We of course had to say OMG are you in for a treat! :) She was very cute in being concerned that she was too old. We assured her she was fine and that she and her husband would have a GREAT time. We all filled them in about the band. I didn't see them during the show until we lined up at the stage for JK. She was right against the stage with her husband behind her. I was right next to him. It was really great to watch two people who had never ever heard of a band become fans right in front of your eyes! It was soo much fun. By the middle of the JK set. They were yelling and screaming and jumping just like all the rest of us.. The husband and I kept bumping into each other while we jumped and finally quit apologizing to each other because it became such a frequent occurance. :) He was trying to sing along and yell with us. Earlier in the night, I had caught Whitestar's drum stick, and when cute Eddie threw his I almost caught it. Would have had a pair! It hit my hands and the guys next to me. Then it rolled between my feet and I almost took a header. Well, HE ended up with the stick, and was soooo excited that I couldn't be tooo disappointed that I missed getting it! Just wanted to share that...It was such fun to see them become fans!
Gotta say that I can not imagine a better show than this one. For me it had to do with the interaction I had this time with the band. It was GREAT in Kansas too. I was too shy though. Didn't let them know how much I loved them the first time around. I uh, I'm err, pretty sure they knew this time!!!
I don't know if it can keep getting better though! I might not be able to handle it if it did ! I don't think that the fact they were taping made a difference. Most of us going wild had seen them before and knew what to expect. We could hardly wait!!! I am still amazed by their sweetness. They truly make time for eveyone and make them feel special! Wish I had a bit more time to finish discussions I was having with them though! Gives me something to talk about the next time!!!

I can't really add anything to what has already been said about the Nashville show, except that I went with high expectations and left the show with my expectation fully met and then some. I (the dork that I am) "forgot" my camera, but I met some nice people that took my pic with Toby, I was so happy I was lost for words and then felt like an idoit. Oh well I had the best time in the world and hope that they come back to Nashville again!! :D

would have had mine up sooner but all that holiday yuck held me up for a while. had an amazing time. got pulled up on stage by cisco and danced with tony potato. too much fun street teaming and yellin at random people to go to the show. jumped the whole show again got super sore the next day again, same thing happened at the Kansas show, but totally worth every ache. met great gals and got to see my kansas chickies again(loves to ya cara and shari) janelle is outrageous, I lalalalove her. Cheri(mysticdawn) was too cute and way funny. cant wait to meet some more of ya.
The card that was picked out to give toby with his birthday gift(shown in the above photos) it was so random but he loved it. We handed him the bag that had his gift and it was covered with tissue paper and he was like oh its paypah(thats my take on his accent) and one of us said (reaches back into fuzzy memory) something along the lines of keep looking there is more than paypah in there. He pulled out his belt, i think there is a pic of it somewheres.. also a wristband with the iron cross on it. I think that he really liked them. There was no yummy cake but still had good times....Shari did I ever give you the money for that? cant remember, if not it will be an excuse to get together. Thanks for some reason my tongue just comes out around them
