Okay....here we go......
Let me start out by saying Street Teamers...everything you have heard about these amazing guys is true and then some! They are so easy to talk to, so thankful for their fans. I had never been to this venue but friends have and told me it is very small and informal....well that was an understatement. It was tiny! I took 7 friends with me who had heard of JK because of me but were not fanatics like us, but of course that all changed about a minute after they met them.

So, we get there about 8, and right in front of the venue was this huge tour bus! Unfortunatley, it is not JK's bus, it is Whitestarr's.
Our first encounter was with Whitestarr, which we all had heard of because "Cisco is Mischa Barton's boyfriend", so we didn't go expecting too much from them but were pleasantly surprised. They were a lot of fun and entertained us until they performed and JK showed up. Whitestarr put on a really good show, don't think I would buy their cd but maybe a couple ITunes. Driveblind was good too, but JK showed up while they were on so I only heard maybe 1 or 2 songs.
Now for meeting JK.......
They were really sweet, so thankful for the support, accomadating of all the pictures. I brought them a basket of stuff, like a care package and Cisco kept trying to steal it before they showed up...so when they finally did I gave it to them and they were checking out what was in it and I think everybody asked if I had but condoms in there....and NO I didn't.

The show was fabulous! We were right up front. When they did TIA, Toby brought up a little boy who was about 8 on the stage and had him sing with him. Really cute, made this boys night! Robbie's song is beautiful always makes me tear up....Todd said it use to be very emotional for them also but now they feel more like they are celebrating his life....so, now when I hear it I will remember that.
Can not remember the order of the set...I think I was just in such awe! Toby as we all know is an amazing performer, so fun to watch, a lot of expression and energy. Tommy- AMAZING....Todd & Dale- INTENSE....Eddie-WOW!
