As usual, I cannot sleep when I come home from a JK gig, and tonight is no exception (and I don't have to be up early in the morning!) I Adore Milano's. Like last year, it is a relaxing night with alot of fun and jokes between the boys and the boys and the audience. There were more people tonight than last year, which was great to see.

There were more tears from Many when they sung 'Brightest Star'.

Tommy's new nick name is 'Gold Fish'.....

It was great to see the usual faces, that have become like family, especially Shaz. Nice to meet you Meredith, even though I didn't get to talk to you. Katie, you were a great dinner companion!

It is so sad to see the boys go, but and I wish them all the very best of luck when they head back to the USA! (I almost cried when Toby called me "Dinga's" when I gave him a hug goodbye, I usually hate that bloody nickname, but it was so cheeky of him to call me that, he hasn't ever before)

I'm still struggling to write up a review that is worthy of last night. Seriously if these boys don't take the world by storm then someone needs to give the world a massive slap across the back of the head.

Toby's voice just keeps reaching new highs :wub: If you were a Rockstar fan you would have noticed the dramatic difference in then and now when he sang Knocking on Heaven's door and Rebel Yell!!!!

I'm a loud and proud Vanilla Ice fan - laugh if you must I am not ashamed lol. Toby set a challenge last night to see if Dale could be stumped so when he asked me a song I had to say Ice Ice Baby and let me tell you it was frikkin hilarious!!!!

i was wondering what everyone was yelling out i couldnt hear

i loved last night, it was unbelievable i totally wish it never ended cause it means im gonna cry cause im totally gonna miss tommy's huggs and kisses hehe, i had so much fun even tho a friend totally forgot about the gig but i managed to give a woman who i cant recall sorry a chance to get closer to the guys.

there isnt alot i can say thats been said, the guys were just awesome, they came out before the show and wen around some tables, i toke a signature bear for the guys to sign, i eventually did even tho i just wanted to stay there all night but i had to come home today i got a kiss and a hug off tommy, shooked Todds hand spoke i think more to Jaybro, he thought i might of lived in melb if i did i would have gone to 4 of the gigs but i told him i live in Albury i honestly dont know why people think i come from Mildera or wagga.

But any way it was so hard to leave


i do have pic's from last night tried to get group photo but i guess i was a lil focus in getting home, and i was kicking myself i did have a chance for a group photo, i only got pics with toby and tommy kinda wished i got with the rest of the guys when i had a chance.

If they don't take the world by storm the whole world does need a great big whack, and his voice improves constantly! Gives me chills everytime and brings the biggest smile on my dial! LOL

It was an emotional night!
I was on the verge of tears during Knocking on Heavens door for reasons that were totally unexpected but the memories just came for some reason and then during brightest star thinking of my uncle and pop who were the brightest stars in my life!
It was so hard to hold back the tears, but I managed, had to think of the make up folks! LOL

I was extremely happy to finally hear the boys do Then She Said live!! I love that song! One of my faves.

Was also glad to get to see everyone again and meet some new faces- oh how I want to Move to Melbourne!! Anyone who spoke to me long enough would have heard me say f!*k Sydney multiple times I'm sure! haha

To top the night off was definitely having a chat with the boys!
Toby didn't know I was going so I was a nice little surprise! haha
Was pretty funny seeing his reaction and him recalling his thought processes from the night after seeing me at first!
Gonna miss them so much!
So glad I was able to go!

Sarah, the lady who you sold your ticket too, she was from Sweden. She had seen JK in Norway last year and Kelly said she was so desperate to see them again. She was trying to get a ticket for dinner and show when we were picking our tix up, but she was told the dinner was sold out.

most times im forgetful to those who treat me like shit, particularly the customers at work, i work at a maccas, and there are people who i have to take this shit cause there food was right or im going to slow for them or what ever, so i end up forgetting that stuff cause it will just put me way down and dont deserve it

Brooka that's awesome that you show them that support and they do love the msgs but can't always respond as they receive so many. It's the business ones that they do feel the need to respond to which takes up their time.

I'm not actually going to write a review (I know...shock horror right?) because in all honesty I would have no idea how to say exactly what I want to say...sometimes I don't think emotions can be put into words...

So aside from the very obvious fact that the boys were BEYOND amazing (and yeah the Tommy gold fish thing was soooo funny..."oh shit our parents are here" hehe) I think the greatest moments of the night for me were definitely sitting next to Shaz, hearing the first chord of be played and literally nearly bursting into tears thinking oh my god she's really hear next to me watching a JK show. And then later on sitting and chatting with Addy (I honestly think that's the longest convo we've ever had) with the backdrop of Toby talking to fan after fan after fan and just taking the time to admire that guys total dedication to the people that love JK's music...and sharing his love bruises! :gigg:

i do absolutly love it when bands actually spend time with fans and for some of us them getting to know our names which is even more special, even if you dont go to them you are shore one of the guys will come to you, which i have had with Jay and one each from two other bands which i think is awesome.

cause i think it is fair if we give up our time to come see them i guess its there way of giving their time to us, probably not cause they need to but cause they want to. which for most of us we dont mind and for me its a couple of reasons
1. to support the band that is gonna take over the world
2. gets me away from parents for a lil bit
3. to have some fun while still young and single
4. gets me out of the house
5. to meet new people

and also when the guys find out yea traveled into Melbourne or Sydney or from overseas they really do show how much the appricaite us coming to the one spot or more

So very true Addy! We gotta value it as much as we can and feel extremely honored and privileged that we get such an awesome opportunity and that they love it as much as we do!
It's more then enough giving the time to perform and share their music, especially this time around as they were only here for such a short time and could've just spend the time with friends and family, but they still gave us the most amazing times!
